A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY, SURVIVAL, AND CHALLENGE

In Hollow Knight, you will perform the following main tasks:

Explore and expand the map: You will travel through different underground areas like caves, underground cities, forests, dark depths, etc. Many paths are initially blocked, and you need to unlock new skills such as flying, wall-breaking, wall-passing to access.
Fighting and dealing with enemies: You carry the main weapon Nail for close combat and gradually learn magic using Soul to attack or heal. When you lose all your health, you’ll die—at that location a Shade appears. If you don’t fight back Shade to recover Geo (in-game currency), you will lose it.
Collect and upgrade: You can collect and upgrade to make your character stronger. Geo will be used to buy necessary items and equipment. Mask Fragment will help increase the maximum number of lives, while Soul Vessel allows you to store more souls to heal or cast spells.
Boss Battles: On your journey, you will encounter many bosses with their own fighting styles. Defeating the boss will help you open new areas or important secrets.
